My New Water Bottle

If a product has a mobile app that works with it, I will probably buy it. Smoke detectors, doorbells, board games, watches -- I have them all and love interacting with them through my phone. The latest device-plus-app in my life is the Hidrate Spark water bottle. This water bottle tracks how much water you drink each day and syncs it with an app on your phone. Just like completing your activity circles on the Apple Watch, you can complete your water circles in the Hidrate Spark app. You can set a goal for the number of ounces to drink each day, or let the app recommend an amount for you based on your activity (because of course it connects to the Apple Activity App, FitBit, etc.), the weather and your body stats. Because of my OCD tendencies, I have to complete the circles each day. This is the point, of course. But it has meant that I have found myself drinking 12 ounces of water right before bedtime more than a couple of nights over the last week that I have had the water bottle.hidrate spark water bottle in pinkOne of the coolest features of the water bottle is that it can glow to remind you to take a sip of water if it has been a while. You can adjust the frequency of the glowing through the phone app.I've had a love/hate relationship with water bottles: I like having one with me all the time, but not one has been perfect. There was a lot of thought put into this Hidrate Spark water bottle and it is pretty perfect -- from the flip-top lid, to the mouth spout and color options -- I am a fan of this smart water bottle.Another thing I am a big fan of right now: Rhythm Beet Chips. You should check them out because they are delicious. And the packaging happens to coordinate with my pink water bottle (bottle is available in a variety of colors, but it comes in pink, I will buy it in pink).hidrate spark water bottle and rhythm beet chipshidrate spark water bottle
