As a full-stack marketer, frequently I become the event planner and coordinator for client meetings. As a team of one, hosting multiple meetings and events at varying locations each month can be a challenge if I am not prepared. Over the last few years, I have built a mobile meeting kit that holds all the supplies I need to run a meeting.

As the weeks into the COVID-19 quarantine progressed and I only moved from room to room, never leaving the house, I started gathering a pile of items that I moved with me through the house. As the pile grew, I decided it would just be easier to carry the items in a bag so that I’d always have things I needed wherever I decided to settle in the house. Then I started referring to it as my “house purse.” And it stuck. The House Purse™ was born.

While I tend to be a super-organized person, my collection of gear in my small house can be a problem. I have stuff tucked away everywhere and getting something out becomes a production in itself. Enter one of my geekiest ideas yet: create my own A/V cart.
